Cash Payments:
You can also purchase by paying cash. We accept Bank Checks, Money Orders, & Cashiers Check. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.

Wire Transfers:
International Orders MUST be paid via bank wire transfer ($30.00 USD wire fee applies. Bank details available upon request). International customers need to wire transfer the money to our account. The net amount granted to our corporate bank account needs to be equal to the total of your merchandise value. We do not accept partial payments or charges from intermediaries banks.

E-mail us or call us with the item(s) that you would like to purchase so that we may quote you the price with shipping. Please state proper 'ship to' address. You will be responsible for duties, taxes or V.A.T. on items that you receive into your country. We must have signature on International Orders or the order will not be processed. Fax your order and a copy of the wire transfer bank confirmation to our fax number 1-954-885-8971.

Government, University, or Corporate Purchase orders are welcomed. We will help you get your account opened fast (USA and Canada Only). Please call, fax, or email us for more details.

Your shipping, insurance and handling cost will be determined at the time the items are being ordered. When placing international orders or fax/phone orders, you will be contacted with the estimated shipping cost. You will be notified via e-mail and your order will not be processed until we receive your shipping cost approval. Please note that notification will delay your order processing until we have your approval to process or not process the order.

Orders will be shipped the next business day as received on in-stock items. If items are not in stock, you will be notified, for more information see Backorders below.

You have 30 days from the invoice sales date to return a product. The product must be new, in the original factory packaging and UNUSED. Please call for a "Return Material Authorization Number" (RMA #) and the proper warehouse shipping address so that we can expedite your credit, replacement or refund. Failure to obtain a RMA number and ship to address will be assessed an automatic 10%. The cost of any components that is not returned or damaged will be deducted from any credit or refund due. We reserve the right to fully inspect all returns to determine proper credit. A restocking fee of 10% will apply if credit is not applied to another product.

NOTE: Electronic software, CD ROMS and special orders are not returnable unless defective, and then for replacement only.

If you feel that a product is defective after installation, please contact the appropriate factory for assistance. In many cases, a simple phone call to the manufacturer can resolve your problem quickly and painlessly! If the problem can not be resolved by a call to the manufacturer, call us. Remember, there is no substitute for reading the manual!

All our products are new and covered by manufacturer's warranty, please review the spec sheet of each item to see what period applies to each item. Most products have a 2-year warranty.

All sales are final on software, CD ROMS, and electronic charts.

We are not obligated to collect sales tax on orders shipped out of Florida. A 7% sales tax applies to Florida orders unless a sales tax exception certificate is presented.
