Using the operational database, all of
the commercial/institutional systems are
tied into a central database. The system
draws information from the facility’s
system and information system to determine
the factors for billing. The billing option
is completely configurable to the facility’s
requirements.
All of the communication between the
systems happens in real time with no delays.
All of the data held in each system flows
seamlessly on TCP/IP communications layers,
the most commonly used protocol available.
The use of this system can bring a large
increase in efficiency, revenue intake,

consuming documenting services. By this
standalone system, revenue management
can be handled electronically.
Reports can then be printed or exported
on any windows supported printer to one
of the various formats for records or
